The kitchen is inspired by the crops and breeding animals in its temperate climate. Bacon and cabbage: this dish consists of bacon cooked with cabbage and potato. Sometimes other types of vegetables are added such as turnips or carrots. And in some cases it is also accompanied by smoked bacon.
Beef and Guinness Stew: is a stew of veal and the famous Irish beer: Guinness.
Lobster salad: fresh lobster salad. It is located on the western coast of the island.
